Why agencies partner with us

Clinical depth. No added work for your staff.

Dr. Karyn Harvey

Clinical leadership

Dr. Karyn Harvey, PhD, Chief Clinical Architect, designed the clinical model. She brings 35+ years in IDD care and three books on trauma-informed care.

No added staff work

We run outreach, intake, scheduling and reporting. Your team names a Program Director and we handle the rest.

Skills, not therapy

Coaching builds skills in friendship, communication, boundaries and self-advocacy. Coaching is not therapy or counseling.

Reports your team uses

Monthly progress reports tie each person's coaching to the goals in their support plan.
