Your members are ready. Enrollment takes three steps.

  1. Confirm eligibility under the four HCBS waivers

    Verify the member is enrolled in one of the four Missouri Medicaid HCBS waivers.

  2. We onboard the member

    A short orientation with the member and caregiver to get started comfortably.

  3. Access goes live

    Stories and Make a Friend are ready to use on the member's device.
