The coaching curriculum covers disability-informed communication, trauma-aware engagement, and platform-specific facilitation techniques.

Coaches are not clinical professionals. They do not provide diagnosis, treatment, or therapy.

HOW COACHING WORKS

How coaching works.

Coaches deliver the curriculum: friendship and social skills, life skills, employment readiness, and digital literacy, aligned to each member's individual support plan.
Coaches meet the member, review ISP goals, and track progress against those goals across sessions.
Progress notes become evidence the agency and care coordinator use to document outcomes.
