Anirudh Baheti - Chairman

Mr. Baheti brings over 25+ years of experience building and leading software companies focused on educational technologies. He co-founded Focus EduSolutions in 2009 to develop next-generation solutions empowering students and educators. As CEO, he has led the strategic growth and development of Focus EduSolution's personalized learning platforms. Mr. Baheti guides the overall vision.

Meet Vik Aurora, the visionary co-founder of Hello, It's Me® who has dedicated his 30+ years of experience to empowering individuals with disabilities to forge meaningful connections. With an unwavering commitment to inclusion and accessibility, Vik has been the driving force behind the creation and launch of our groundbreaking platform.

As a seasoned education management leader and serial entrepreneur, Vik brings a wealth of expertise in forming strategic partnerships and executing programs that drive momentum and growth. His leadership has been instrumental in building a talented team that is deeply attuned to the expectations and challenges faced by our community. The result? A stellar product that truly makes a difference.

Vik's passion for inclusion extends far beyond the walls of Hello, It's Me®. His unwavering commitment ensures that our users not only meet their socialization goals but also have access to opportunities for social inclusion, learning, and growth in relationship education.

With a bold vision to reach 1 million users by 2026 and expand to 100 countries globally by 2028, Vik is on a mission to create a world where every individual, regardless of their abilities, can connect, learn, and thrive. He believes that timely execution is the key to success, and he leads by example, demonstrating the power of momentum and growth each and every day.

Holding an MBA from Northeastern University in Boston, Vik brings a unique blend of business acumen and compassion to his role as co-founder. Advisory Board

Dr. Karyn Harvey

Dr. Harvey brings over 30 years of clinical and research experience focused on individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD). Currently Chief Clinical Officer at REACH Services, she previously served as a Professor of Pediatrics at Emory University School of Medicine. Recognized as a national expert in IDD supports, Dr. Harvey advises on evidence-based content and effective coaching strategies for the Hello, It’s Me® app.

Kevin Drumheller

Kevin Drumheller joined Richcroft in April 2020 as the CEO. In this role, he provides organizational direction and leadership, manages day-to-day operations, engages and leads the staff, and develops and executes the long-term strategic vision. The company was launched in 1983 with the opening of eight homes in Howard County, Maryland, serving 24 people. Today, Richcroft supports over 300 individuals through multiple service lines. In 2021, Drumheller became the co-creator of Hello, It’s Me®, an app specifically designed for the I/DD community to bring people closer together and provide an inclusive community. Prior to this role, Kevin served as the COO of Chimes Maryland and Virginia, as well as The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region in Maryland. Kevin received a Master’s Degree in Social Work at the University of Maryland, a Master’s Degree in Education at Goucher College, and a Bachelor of Arts from Towson State University. Outside of his professional role, Kevin remains deeply committed to his community, serving on multiple Boards of Directors and as a CASA volunteer.

Dr. Carol Price-Guthrie

Dr. Price-Guthrie has over 35 years of experience in the IDD field across clinical, operational, and policy domains. She co-founded Direct Access Coordination, providing IDD case management, and helped launch UnitedHealthcare's EFCC program. Her expertise spans from curriculum development to person-centered planning. Dr. Price-Guthrie offers invaluable guidance on serving the IDD community’s needs through progressive solutions.
