• What is included in my subscription?

  With any subscription you will have access to our Stories, Dating, and Gaming Sections. Any live event you attend or request to host are an additional cost along with any Wellness Coaching session.

• When will I have access to the app once I have signed up?

  Be one of the first to join our community! The app will launch later this year. Once you have signed up you will receive email notifications with updates.

• How do I update or cancel my subscription?

  Please email us at help@hello-itsme.com to update or cancel your subscription.

• What safety measures are put in place?

  Safety is our number one priority. These safety measures are put in place throughout the app:

  Pictures and other media uploaded on the app will be scanned before they are displayed on the application. Inappropriate images or media will not be allowed.

  Users will be able to share pre-approved media only.

  While texting or uploading any text-based information, scanning will be done to block inappropriate phrases or words.

  Users will be made familiar with concepts such as "Consent" and "Respecting Boundaries."

  Users will be able to report or block other users.

• What if I feel someone is speaking inappropriately or want to block another user?

  There are several ways you can block another user:

  On the home page there will be a section with a list of all of your friends that are currently online. If this user is online, you may right-click on the user and block any further interactions.

  You can search for others in the community, and open the profile of the user you wish to block. Click on "More" and block any further interactions.

  If someone is speaking inappropriately during a conversation, you may click on "more" in the chat and block the user.

• How am I matched with others in the dating section?

  You are matched with others within the location and age range you select. Along with those who have similar interests and hobbies as you.

• Are my conversations and information kept private?

  Yes, all conversations and information are kept private and not shared with others or a third party.

• What if there is suspicious activity on my account?

  Please email us at help@hello-itsme.com to report any suspicious activity.

• What browsers are supported for the web version?

  Safari, Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox.
